Delete your ParkPup account

You can permanently delete your ParkPup account and personal data at any time, directly in the app.

Delete from the app

1. Open ParkPup and tap the Settings icon (⚙️) at the top.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name, spot details, arrival instructions), your login PIN, your session, the parking spots you shared, and the points you earned. This cannot be undone. Your phone number remains on your building's approved-resident list, which is managed by your building manager; ask them to remove it if you also want it taken off that list.

Can't access the app?

Email eitechpartners@gmail.com from your account's context (tell us your building and the phone number on the account) and we will delete your data within 30 days.
